of merchandise items. Approximate size is given in item description.
While we try to stock many of the smaller
items in sufficient quantity. We will notify you with an estimated
delivery schedule if any of the items you ordered are not in stock. Candy Bar
Favors are created only when an order has been placed. Delivery of Candy
Bar products may be contingent upon Showers Galore production schedule.

your personal check and will process your order when your check has cleared. For

Cards WILL NOT BE Processed Until Order is PACKED,
WEIGHED and ZONE HAS BEEN calculated. Shipping rates that are shown at
check out are estimated and may be less according to package weight and
zone You can request quotes of shipping rate when your package is
processed by emailing or calling us.
Site Security What makes a transaction secure: Our site allows

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases
delivered to locations within the state of Alabama, according to the location
where you will take possession. For Alabama orders, sales tax will automatically
be added to your total amount due.
You may cancel your order prior to our shipping it
to you, however, Candy Bars and Special Ordered items cannot be canceled once
production of design has taken place.
Whenever possible, Showers Galore insures all
packages shipped through the respective carrier. Showers Galore is not
responsible for damage, loss, or theft that results from the negligence of the
carrier.
If the package your order arrives in appears to be
damaged, open the package and inspect the contents before the delivery person
leaves. Damage claims should be made with the shipping company. The
delivery personnel should help you file the claim form.
If the delivery person has left and you discover
damage later, save all shipping and packing material and contact the shipping
company to file a claim.
Only Defective, damaged,
or miss-shipped products may be returned , if notified within 3 business
days of product delivery for a refunds. All refunds are subject to the
35% restocking charge.. shipping fees are non refundable. Please
call 888-212-4836 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No
Refunds After 30 Days.
We are not
responsible for delays in shipments. Products that are refused or returned
because of late arrival are subject to the 35% restocking charge. It is the
customer's responsibility to check the shipping schedules and determine
approximate delivery time to the destination, allowing 2 business days to
process orders. Weekends and holidays do not count as shipping or order
processing days.
*No Refunds
for Balloons. We do not refund shipping fees . *Items that are seasonal, on
sale, personalized candy bars, items that are specially made, and other items
identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund. On Large
orders over $150 that require us to order direct from the factory no returns are
allowed. No refund on International orders. We are not responsible for lost
International shipments.
The following policies are effective on all
international orders:
- All orders must include complete Billing and
Shipping information including a contact phone number.
- Payment in U.S. Dollars, by Credit Card, Bank
Draft/Money Order, or Wire Transfer only.
- No refund on
